Classifieds website

Classifieds website: I already have a template design for a website which will feature a AUTOS category for selling used cars, trucks, etc, a GENERAL CLASSIFIEDS category for all other items such as cameras, computers etc and a PROPERTY classfieds for selling and renting real estate. I would like the usual features - listing will be user sumitted via log in but will only be loaded by admin after verification. With the template design done, we just need to focus on scripting [ php] and integrating this properly with the template. This site will later also have a jobs, business, travel and dating site so there will be constant flow of work for the chosen designer including other new travel sites [ eg dubai hotels website as well]. The chosen programmer must be quick, and reasonable, with self motivation and good knowledge so he/she can include all required features without me feeling there is something missing in the site - I dont need TOO many features- want a simple but fully functional site. eg eample: [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] general classifieds categories as on [login to view URL] or similar - already loaded on the template: Payment will NOT be done online so no need for this feature. If you need fuller list of features I can email directly to the programmer with an online link to see the template and the 3 categories mentioned. This project is a fun and rewarding project and I am ready to start this job right now and have plenty more such websites in the pipeline Rgds,
