We need a clone of the basic functionality of [login to view URL] The design is not important at this stage, but the ability to meta-search various freelance websites needs to be duplicated. This is stage one of a two stage project. [login to view URL] searches through the RSS feeds (likely stored locally) from several freelance websites for the search terms and types indicated. The code should be written in PHP and a templating system should be used for the HTML pages (Smarty is preferred). If a database is deemed necessary, MySQL is requested at this stage. All development and testing should be done on coder's environment. Deliverables will be completed and tested code. Web design should be basic at this stage - we are focusing on functionality.
