Create a MLM website and a Network Marketing sales commission payment system

I am looking for someone who has previously built a fully functional MLM website that is currently deployed and live with real customers to build an MLM website for me. The product catalogue will be about 10 to 20 products and we will need payment gateway, shipping and customer communications/management similar to shopify. Then we will need a way to track and pay sales affiliates either through a debit card, paypal or ach. I will also need a system for managers to see who is in their "downline" and gain financial visibility into their funnel performance. If you dont know what this means then perhaps you are not right for the job. If you have built a system like this in the past then please let me know what your cost would be to build this end-to-end. I am ok with the use of third party such as shopify or text message systems like twillio to text order updates or to send commission information to sales associates/network marketers.
