Custom Website feature re sizable grid

***If you are intrested in the project please send me what framework you will decide to go with and a quick reason as to why you are choosing the one you want to use, so I can see if it's a fit for the current project*** The main feature of this template template is going to be an 'Asset Grid` That will resize each cell with the size of the data that is populating it. This will be added as a template "Plugin" for the front end of our current store. I don't currently have a preference for a framework I can use any framework that is: -Lightweight -Secure -Works well with cloud Database / SQL data -Responsive Or I can work with Basic CSS and JS. Example of what we need: a default size of a cell will be: w:264px; h: 274px; and contain a image, if it's within those boundaries, if a image is larger say a w:500, then the cell should dynamically change the width and take up 2 spots, this can be seen with the assets on this site: [login to view URL] <b>I will need to populate the size of the grid both by the width and height. </b> -The image included into this project is an example of resizing the cell along the horizontal axis, -If you have any further questions or are interested in the project please send me a message.
