Edit wordpress plugin

Please read entire project details before bidding. I have a plugin you can see it in action here: [login to view URL] (also attached images to show result). Basic idea. Click the button - pop up shows with newsletter form. Right now it works with two services, Aweber and Getresponse only. I’d like to add an HTML option so additional services can be used like Mailchimp (for example). When you click this HTML option, you will then see a text area to paste your code from any autoresponder service and that optin form will show up in the popup underneath the title text. (In the attached example, the title text is "Enter Your Information Below To Download Your Free Gift. I'll email your download link in a few minutes.") You job will be to simply add "HTML" to the drop down options. When clicked a text area with “Paste opt-in form html here:” will appear. After pasting the opt-in form code, they click "save and generate code" button (see attached image) and that form would show up in popup. Because this is a small change my budget is no more than $50. Please don't bid on this if you want more since I know this is easily done in a few hours max. Once awarded, I will give you admin access to the wordpress site and the plugin so you can make the changes. I will also add you to skype so we can talk if needed. Few important details. If you want to bid on this project, start your bid with the words, "I pay attention" so that I know you actually read the description and can complete it as needed. If you don't start your bid with those words, I'm going to assume that you can't follow basic instructions and won't hire you. Also, this is an entry point project. If you do get hired and get it done quickly and do a good job, I'll have many more jobs for you. It's important that your spoken english is very good so that if we talk on skype we can communicate easily to keep from wasting our time. If that's not you, please don't bid on this project.
