The job: We have a bookstore (but we do not sell these books- so there is no shopping cart or payment gateway involved). So this is an easy project. Books are given to certain members who pay a membership. Paid members get a free book once a month. This is to encourage them to be and stay a paid member.
We have 4 levels of members involved here, each level of member entering the bookstore, gets a different benefit. I will describe this in more detail later.
1. When a Gold Member enters the bookstore they have unlimited access to download all books all the time. All download links work.
2. If (regular) Paid Member enters the bookstore, they can download only one book (the first 3 days of each month). This is to encourage them to renew their paid membership
3. If Sponsoring Member enters the bookstore, they can download only one book initially, BUT after 32 day, they (like Gold members) can download all books.
This delay to total access is necessary because a member may buy a Sponsoring membership, download all books immediately, then say they bought the membership by mistake and want to cancel and get a total refund. ccbill will give them that refund. In this case, they would have received $340 of free books and never pay anything. The 32 day delay makes it impossible for ccbill to give them to get a refund since they used our services for over a month. This is ccbill’s rule. So, this delay is necessary to stop them from scamming.
4. All other members (those who are free members) -when they click on the link to download a free book, they get an error message that they have to be a paid member to get a free book.
So, the task is to create these 4 group links, and do whatever else it takes to make these links work as designed, including inserting error messages for disallowed clicks. I have created those error messages already. Of course, these links will have to be tested.
Here is what I want you t o do. Create an account on [login to view URL] (it’s free). Create your id and password and log in. Click all around. Click on the bookstore.
When you create your ID, use “freelancer” (+ a random 2 digit number). Example “freelancer54.”
Yes I know this is an old-fashion site structure, but we will not be update right now (maybe later). The task is only to create these links.
Also, whoever gets this job, will be offered more work on a regular basis, maybe for years – as long as your price here and in the future is reasonable. Hopefully you'd bid less than $200.
