Embedding some script

Hello, I need some php scripts embedded in my website. I'd like each put in it's own frame which I will make. I'm also going to need each program to diplay the "latest topic" on the homepage and the Member's Section Page just like the forum topics are on my homepage and in the members section.. [login to view URL] for the Meet a Thrifter Section. php installs are just a little beyond me and I'd like these tasks done fairly soon.
