Hello, This is Norhan, Web Front-End developer. 1-Remove render-blocking JS && CSS Fixed by linked CDN links of them like bootstrap instead of Files there and all css files there is already exist online . 2- Optimize images optimiz online ( there are websites that is do it instead of photoshop ) need to remove and add the newest (that optimized ) 2-leverage browser caching It need to access to file on the hosting there it need system administrator to do that but it can be last step because if we do all above, we won't need it I need to checked the code W3C validator too . The code that is not clean it make some slow there too . It will take 1 day to finish that .You have a lot of photos need to be optimized if it's oky , I'm ready to start.
