Full Stack Developer (R&D)

Role Overview: As a Full Stack Developer at SmartDocs, you will play a pivotal role in our Research and Development (R&D) team, contributing to the evolution of our AI-driven software suite. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge features that empower our customers to streamline their business processes, achieve digital transformation, and gain valuable insights. Your expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies will be instrumental in shaping the future of our innovative AI-based enterprise solutions. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the R&D team to understand product requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Design and develop scalable, efficient, and user-friendly front-end and back-end components for our AI-powered enterprise software suite. Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user experience and productivity. Implement and optimize database structures to handle large volumes of enterprise data and ensure data integrity. Integrate AI algorithms and Natural Language Processing (NLP) capabilities into our chatbot and BPM solutions. Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to maintain high code quality and adherence to best practices. Identify and address performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and other potential issues. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in AI, BPM, ECM, and Cloud-based solutions, and apply them to enhance our product offerings. Collaborate with researchers and data scientists to implement AI models and algorithms effectively. Contribute to the planning and execution of research experiments that involve software and AI-driven components. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, preferably in the AI, BPM, or ECM domain. Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JS frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.). Strong expertise in back-end development using languages like Python, Node.js, Ruby, Java, or others. Experience with server-side frameworks such as Django, Flask, [login to view URL], Ruby on Rails, etc. Familiarity with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar, and proficient in writing optimized SQL queries. Knowledge of AI technologies, NLP, and chatbot development will be a significant advantage. Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and deploying applications in a Cloud environment. Solid understanding of software development principles, best practices, and design patterns. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in a research-oriented environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills, capable of collaborating effectively in a global setting. Bonus Skills: Experience with SAP ERP applications and integration with enterprise systems. Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) concepts. Familiarity with SaaS offerings and Cloud-based application development.
