Get Shipping cost wordpress/woocommerce plugin with SOAP WSDL

Hi there, I have recently developed a plugin for WooCommerce for Shipping integration. I can help you on this to get plugin developed as per your need. I have understood the basic requirements, but have followoing questions to clarify it more: 1) Which shipping service provider you want to integrate? Please provide their API document(in English preferrably) 2) Is formula for calculating volumetric weight is exact as you provided in project description or it's just a sample type? Will you provide that formula? 3) When order is placed, we only need to send those details to Shipping API(SOAP request) and get PDF which will need to be sent to Admin. Purpose: To develop a Woocommerce plugin to calculate and retrieve the shipping cost SOAP web services will be implemented Main features: 1. To add Postal code field in the product detail page 2. Shipping cost logic a. All products same postal code, shipping cost is 1 b. Different postal code - calculate the shipping cost from product to client post code (Destination) 3. Calculation: a. Involves destination postal code b. product dimensions (weight, length, width, height) and decide volumetric weight c. Shipping web services will be called (over ajax) and available carriers listed d. Client selects the Carrier e. System adds the shipping cost to the totals f. Client proceeds to complete the order. g. PDF file will be created with the shipping client info h. PDF file sent to the store admin email i. The order details will be saved to the database. Question: Which shipping webservices need to be called? Please provide the documentation to check the features.
