Help on a AR.JS Project

Hello prospective developer. hopefully you can help. i have recently embarked on an AR project, the current build is in PHP using codeignitor and some PHP server side code, The ar project we are trying to build the current developer had troubles, I have the latest code for someone to look into and try and help us with the issues we faced. the issues seems to be around a script that is used to generate the pattern image locally, if we can solve this we wont be far off from completing the project.
