integrate Live broadcast (Augora.io) API in wordpress

My WordPress based learning management system needs a live broadcast software integration. This online classroom module includes an existing appointment booking plugin(you need to develop the dependent plugin) for the connection between an appointment system and live broadcast software. My requirements are Once this appointment made（a time slot has been taken by Tutor and student using that existing plugin）, generate an online classroom for both teacher and student(s) both tutor and student will be able to join the online classroom after clicking on the bottom.
