Laravel - Embedded Form Lead Capture

Project Description: We are looking for an individual or a company to build us a very simple application. This application will be built as a multi-tenant saas application. Here are the features that we are looking for: User Management: - Ability for users to sign-up and login - Ability for users to change their personal and login information - Ability for users to create a company - Ability for users to invite other users to that company - Each user is stored as a multi-tenant. We are not sure if we should go with a single database or multiple database model. Lead Capture - Users should be able to make a custom contact form in our software under a given company they have already created. - Each form created should provide a embed code which can be used to embed the form on the users website. - All incoming information from the form would be stored as a lead in the system. - User can view the lead in our software and classify it under multiple categories. Reports: Users should be able to see how many leads they generated through various methods. Right now, we will only have web form lead capture but in the future we will add phone tracking and other lead capture capabilities. Admin: Admin should be able to add users, add companies, create webforms for users and companies. Basically, admin should have as much control as possible. We are looking to keep this application as simple as possible. The most important part of the application is the multi-tenancy and web form capture.
