first this is not a $30 price JOB. If the website is loading so slow then so many work needs to be reviewed and needs to be fixed. Database needs to be reviewed and code needs to be reviewed and other code needs to be reviewed too. Then only accordingly i can discuss with you and tell you plan for the fix. Then i charge you price and time for the work to be done . let me know please
