Magento Error in customer account

In Magento in Customer Account there is this error: Fatal error: Call to a member function getItems() on a non-object in /var/www/vhosts/[login to view URL] on line 56 Error disapear when disable the moogento extension. But no orders in customers account are listed. Line 56: href="<?php echo $this->getUrl('sales/order/history') ?>"><?php echo $this->__('View All') ?></a><?php endif; ?> And in addition in the order confirmation email there are no products listed. The only thing I changed befor this appears, I changed the currency symbol in System->Manage Currency->Symbols. But after change to Standard the error is still there. But I dont know, if this error was the effect for this. So who is able to solve this?
