Make edit to an E-commerce site

I have a client who has an ecommerce site about to go live. He needs one final edit. I have described here in detail. 1. The shopping cart admin currently allows him to assign quantity price breaks to subcategories. 2. He needs to be able to assign price breaks to items, NOT subcategories. Ideally, there would be a section added to the item where he can select the appropriate price break. 3. There are MORE THAN 1 price breaks, so we need to be able to add quantity breaks, name them, edit them, delete them. I don't know what type of cart he is currently using. If you think you can replace the cart, and accomplish the clients goal, please indicate this in your bid. If you think you can edit the current cart (after seeing it) and accomplish the client's goal, please state this in your bid. I understand this is kind of a vague description, it is the best we have from the client. Here are some things you MUST read BEFORE you bid. 1. I don't care about who bids first. Take your time to read everything here. 2. You MUST be available on Basecamp (our project management software) to communicate directly with client. 3. You MUST be given an email under our company domain. 4. (Optional) you are available via Skype or GoToMeeting for a voice call with client and our project Manager. 5. I cannot tell you HOW to do this project, that is why I am hiring you. When you are hired, you are in charge, so make it work. That's all I care about. I have attached a document with login information for the site so that you can see what you are getting into. I understand the risk in opening this up to so many people. The site passwords will change in 48 hours. DO NOT mess with anything, you are only there to look and get a bid together. BIDDING DEADLINE is the 25th at 10AM CST. At that time, my boss and I will review all bids I have screened and we may interview you for further info. A hiring decision will be made no later than the 26th 4pm CST.
