Make some small tweaks to an existing HTML website

Hi, I currently have the beginnings of a landing page for a new app I am developing. However my knowledge of javascript/jquery and HTML is limited. Rather than go through the process of teaching me the relevant areas to achieve what I want the changes I want to my page, I thought I would check here first to see if I could get the jobs done quicker for a reasonable price. The website can be seen here: [login to view URL] There are 3 main tasks: 1) Incorporate this Jquery plugin: [login to view URL] on the first page. The final type will read "With Pansolo you... (and then the changing text effects) 2) Have the email submission box remain on the page as you scroll down (and move it further down) 3) Integrate the email submission to mailchimp via php and mailchimp's API 4) At the moment, the background moves around slightly as you resize the screen width, and it also moves up with each scroll down. I would like to have that fixed, and maybe incorporate a way of changing the background on each page 5) On this page: [login to view URL] - I would like the screen in the phone to change depending on what tab is pressed on the left. I would also like the tab positions fixed, with the type changing below (at the moment if you press each tab, the tab positions move up depending on the size of the text) These are the core changes. I know if I sit and work my way through various tutorials I could manage to do this myself. But if someone is an HTML/Jquery whizz and knows how to do this quickly and cheaply, then I'll go down that route instead.
