Need hybrid mobile app for food delivery service

I am looking for a hybrid mobile app (Prefered in framework7 / IONIC with phonegap) developer for a food home delivery service in india. Please check attached file for reference app. I need bellow system in the app. 1) Splash Screen 2) Customer Provide There Location (Zip Code. If Zip Code Available Then Proceed To Home Screen Else Show Error Message) 3) Home Screen: Slider (Dynamic Based On User Location), Product Thumb With Product Image, Price, Rating and Plus minus button for add to cart system. If Customer Clicks On Product It Will Open Details Page With Product Image, Price, Rating and Plus minus button for add to cart system and product description. 4) Each Product Could Have Addon Product. Say For Example For a pizza we could addon extra cheese . 5) Each Product (with its add on) is separate product and Each Product Should Have Multiple or Single Delivery Slots. Say For Example One Customer Want to order biriyani with chicken curry for monday to thursday at 2pm. Or they can order biriyani for monday only 6) On Cart Page Show The Details Of Cart Items , Price, Total Price, Delivery Charge (If Applicable ),Packing Charge (If Applicable ), total, coupon (If Applicable ). 7) Checkout should be with COD or instamojo payment gateway 8) If logged in process the payment, if not logged in, login the customer with mobile number and password. 9) In registration i need full name,mobile number, delivery city, zip code and locality address. 10) in side bar need this links.. profile,order food,my orders(full order details with cancel order option),offers,faq,contact us,share. 11) Need responsive admin panel in php. should manage delivery location. admin should manage product and product category according to delivery location. should view and change and create new order. should view customer details. should manage slider according to delivery location.
