Need someone to install and configure Gisgraphy for Open GTS

I have been working with OpenGTS for over 3 years, more importantly I've installed Gisgraphy about half a dozen times. It would be best to put Gisgraphy on a separate server with at least 8Gb of ram to run the import process. This is especially true if the local server is prone to being rebooted due to power outages, or other AOG What countries do you need to support? I as this because the last time I did this, 3 months ago it took a month to import the data for the USA, Canada and India. Then there is the question of data availability. The author of Gisgraphy had shut down the data download server due to hackers a few months back.
