Hello Harry, I have seen the linked google doc and cant comment as it has to be shared with me for that to work. First i would need to see the csv format also to start understanding the fields better. I can see the fields you have listed but in case there are more on the csv. Please share that with me on the chat or just upload the screenshot of the fields in the document itself. I need to understand the user types also as to who would update the status, who would load the new orders how the workflow of the processing is done This is pretty much straight forward job and i can discuss further with you on the chat. I can share examples of my work on similar web applications. I can give you references from NZ and Aus whom you can call for feedback on my work.
