PHP Copy files locally and with FTP

Get / Put a file or a folder or a tree from/to a local or FTP location, in single or batch mode. Batch mode is a list of single transfers. The copy can be Additive (A) where just missing files are added or Image (I), where in addition the destination files having no source correspondent are deleted. The ftp credential, single transfer and batch definitions are in database tables. The main UI is a menu to select the tables editing or the selection of a transfer operation. This script can also be called with a parameter to force the edit/execution mode. The Database credentials are in a PHP file. Each transfer operation is logged in a file.
