PHP expert to complete Custom CMS (backend & frontend)

PHP expert to complete Custom CMS (backend & frontend) Development site: [login to view URL] I need some changes made to my responsive site, which is 90% complete, ready for me to create pages and add products. It has a custom CMS, integrated with a php membership script that is currently used on my static site. Basically, the new site is supposed to do exactly what the old site does, but better. 1. The first job is to check files and code created by previous coders, to ensure everything is correct, clean and stable before moving forward (It looks a bit messy and disjointed to me, with bits of Cake php and custom code.) If not, this will need to be fixed. I also welcome your advice and opinion if you feel things should be done in a more effective way. 2. Next is to complete the fixes and changes to css and cms (I will send the list and supporting images on request.) Mostly minor tweaks. 3. All page templates were originally cross-browser tested on Browserstack. Once all changes have been completed, the site will require re-testing to ensure cms work has not affected responsiveness. I can already see a couple of pages are not responding correctly. 4. The site needs to be tested and optimized for speed. I’m looking for someone who is not only highly competent but is also enthusiastic, shows interest in the how the site works, and can take ownership to deliver all aspects of the project, back-end and front-end. Communication is very important so I prefer to work directly with the developer rather than an agent or manager.
