PHP/Javascript Landing page modification

I have a small job, if you could quote me a price it would be great, I estimate about 1 hours work. I will provide the details here. Im familiar with PHP so to me it seems easier in PHP, but I do not mind PHP/JS as long as the result is the same. I need a landing page modified: [login to view URL] This is my page, so it does not need to be ripped. The following changes need to be made: 1) on page "Step #1: Body Type" Currently the user can select multiple options and click "Next". I would like to remove the "next" button, so that the user has only ONE option: Asians/Latinas/Black etc and it goes to the next step. I would also like their selection stored in a variable(JS or PHP - doesn't matter) Also depending on their selection, I would like to fire a pixel, each of the 5 selections would fire a separate pixel, example of pixel: <!-- START ExoClick Goal Tag | LP visit --> <img width="1" height="1" src="[login to view URL]"> <!-- END ExoClick Goal Tag | LP visit --> 2) on page "Step #2: Preferred Age" Same as previous step. Remove the "next" button, and user simply taps age 18-25, 25-32, 33-37 etc. The value they select needs to be stored in a variable. In this step, no pixel needs to be fired. Steps #3 and #4 stay the same. 3) On the final "Results" page, I would like the following: When user clicks 'I AGREE' button, it sends the user to an external site. I need the external URL dynamic, based on their selections, for example: if ($step1=="asian" && $step2=="18-25") { $url = "[login to view URL]" }; if ($step1=="asian" && $step2=="25-32") { $url = "[login to view URL]" }; if ($step1=="latina" && $step2=="18-25) { $url = "[login to view URL]" }; etc as there are 5 selections in step1 and 5 selections in step2, there will be a total of 25. I have ongoing work on an hourly basis similar to this job, so i'm also looking for someone I can have on call when I need jobs like this done.
