PHP Mailer code to be written alongside with custom HTML template + hosting plan to use

Hi guys, I am looking for someone to provide me with php mailer code that will allow to send emails from your hosting server or preferably non-paid ones. I am not looking only for code, I am looking for someone with HIS/HER OWN hosting plan to run some scripts that will use PHP Mailer class in order to send some mails. Please, do NOT apply if you don't have any clue about PHP Mailer class, nor if you don't have any hosting plan already in use/private server. Otherwise, your application will be discarded immadiately. This is one of the very few projects, I'm working on right now. First batch of emails - around 20 emails to be send. IMPORTANT - I need you to provide me with customize HTML template according to my needs alongside this code. So in total, I'm looking for someone that: - will use his/her own VPS/hosting plan; - write a PHP mailer code that will allow to send some mails; - write / use already existing HTML template that will have graphics that won't be caught by SPAM filters (two graphics + one dummy button with hyperlink).
