PHP/MySQL Shopping Cart

Currently have a need for a PHP/MySQL based cart. Cart logic Choose Plan -> Enter Area & Country Code -> Enter Customer Info -> choose product(s) -> Choose Shipping -> Confirm -> Checkout Checkout will be a simple HTTP POST. We would like the option to add/remove products & plans. Products and plans should be able to have images. Products should have the option to add weight. UPS integration would be nice but not necessary. Cart would need to be able to email the customer there phone number after purchase or if we do not have a phone number in the Area & Country allow us to send number within 24 hours.
