Progressive Web Application for Disease Screening based on Symptoms (HPB – Disease Symptomatic Index) Objective: Development of a mobile application for users and experts related to HPB disease. It is intended to custom design and develop and user friendly progressive web app with state of art mobile features designed to increase user interaction. Progressive Web Application: This application will serve the purpose of early diagnosis of HPB and other related diseases and their prevalence. This app will provide real time assessment of diseases on the basis of user input taken as questionnaire over UI and then it is assessed though pre trained AI/ML model, which is needed to be accessed through API. The observation will be displayed and saved automatically. Front End: UI 1. The app must be login based and secured. 2. The app should have immersive, interactive and user friendly UI and user should have better experience. 3. The app will present two panel after login. a) Self/ Patient Panel. b) Doctor/Expert Panel 4. The next page will have icons for diseases minimum five (can be extended more). The user will enter them as per choice for examination. 5. The user will undergo test by asking multiple questions one by one followed by previous answer. The questionnaire should have conditional ability to skip the question as per previous answer automatically. 6. The user can answer only “Yes or No” in English and “हाँ और नहीं” in Hindi as response to the questions. 7. Every user can take multiple tests. 8. The app text and UI should have features to be displayed in regional languages. Specifically, the questionnaire should be available in minimum two languages English and Hindi, can be extended into regional languages. 9. The final result will be displayed at UI and have features to download the responses and result of the user as pdf. (or other required format) Back End: [login to view URL] app must be platform independent. This app will be hosted at cloud. 2. The app must save and display the data of user. User can also check his previous tests and responses any time. 3. The app should send and receive user responses to hosted AI/ML model accessed via API provided. The user answers needed to be mapped with AI/ML model inputs as below. (i) Yes or हाँ as: “PRESENT” (ii) No or नहीं as: “ABSENT” 4. The input questions from from the progressive web app front end form should map to the the variables that would be needed to then send over the data to API for prediction. The API code will be provided, there is no need to write that code as it will be given. 4. There should be smooth transition of data. Deployment: 1. The app must have cross platform features. 2. The app must be able cater mass users.
