Rearranging data entry forms & adding functionalities to exisitng website -- 2

Hello, we run this website: [login to view URL] It matches the user's entries with a data base and gives suitable outputs for the user. For phase 2 we require the following adjustments: 1. Consolidation of forms. The forms are currently spread over 4 pages. They should be significantly simplified and fit onto a single page. 2. We want to disable the registration requirements 3. We want to restrict the sending of requests to 3 per user day 4. We collect the platform activities in an excel file. For the activity of "searching", we also need to have the displayed results captured in the file. 5. We need a new design for the results page (very specific instructions are given, only execution missing) 6. We need a new column in the data base. 7. We need a share button that let's users share a link to the results page 8. We need to randomize the order in which results are displayed (for fairness reasons) If you are interested, we have a more specific presentation to illustrate the task. The site runs on PHP / MySQL / Laravel. It is very important that you can keep a deadline and commit to this project full time until it is finished.
