Redesign Wordpress Site

I have a website - [login to view URL] - that offers subscribers a daily list of Free and Discounted Amazon Kindle books (similar to BookBub). The site is based on a custom-built Wordpress template, and is quite complex. The problem is that though it looks exactly the way I wanted it to, the design did not take any elements of On Page SEO into account. For example, the page titles are not H1, they just employ a large font. I need someone that can, first, understand the complexities of the site and then redesign the site so that it physically looks exactly like it looks now, but make it all completely SEO compliant. As an example of how complex the site it, it uses DeathByCaptcha to help scrape data from Amazon. You must know how to handle and implement a tool like that. You should also speak and write fluid English, and be able to access the U.S. version of Amazon.com. Some prior developers were only able to access the India version of Amazon, and were totally unable to successfully make any modifications to the site. In your proposal, please be sure to mention how you've used DeathByCaptcha, or a similar tool, in prior websites. If you don't at least mention DeathByCaptcha in your proposal, I will not even respond to you. If you send me a canned, cut-and-paste proposal you will be wasting both my time and yours.
