Simple Accounting System

Hi we require the following to be built: Invoicing system Two different permissions Admin Ability to add new users > admin/Introducer Ability to add new records of funds received Ability to update records to be paid Introducer Ability to upload invoice corresponding to week (pdf) Admin Profile Email and password Introducer Profile Name, email, password, commission rate %, due days Admin ability to add new record of funds received: Fields: Name/Account Number/Amount Received/Date Received/Introducer (drop down from list of introducers), commission due (automatically calculated based on commission rate of percentage set based on introducer selected with amount received). Due date (automatically calculate due date based on due days set on introducer profile), ability to see status either, due, overdue (gone past due date) or paid. Amount received can also be a minus figure (which would be a deduction in the weekly invoicing total) Admin should be able to click on a page which lists introducers, if the admin clicks on an introducer, it should also allow them to select a week to show what has happened for that week. (Monday to Friday) It should also allow the admin to see what the total due/overdue/paid for the introducer is. All due amounts should due be calculated on a weekly basis (Monday to Friday) The same view but limited to what is there’s and read only should be available for introducers with the ability to upload a corresponding invoice for that week (pdf), they should also have the ability to input an invoice number for the week, ability to see status either, due, overdue or paid. If paid what is the date paid. The introducer should also be able to view what the has been paid to them/due/overdue. Admin should have link to all invoices in due date order with a similar view.
