Simple pizza ordering form via email

To create one page in existing website where visitor: * can make an online order and send it to email * can choose any of the menu item which are organized into groups (pizza, pizza breads, salads, soup and beverages). Groups are tabs where menu items are shown after a click. * each item is presented with Name, ingrediences and price, like here [login to view URL] * can choose additional toppings (salami, olives ...) to pizzas * can write a message if he doesnt want topping that is default in pizza type * order cart: can see order items, change pcs and remove items * can see total order amount / without payment * can write delivery address, name and phone number Nice to have: * checks that delivery address is within served area * sent order to visitors email * "topping chooser" will show which are default ingredience for that particular pizza. Technical requirements: * for a frontend Bootstrap framework must be used. * backend code in php * the whole project (frontend and backend code) needs to be independent of existing website - work on itself, no CMS involved * data (menu items, toppings) with all metadata will be in xml format * no backend administration needed * orders are sent to email with plain text, so that is readable and understand by pizza stuff * for delivery address checking we will provide a xml file We provide: * all required data in agreed format and structure * wireframes * design files * functional description
