Simple project tracking system

This is a simple authenticated PHP site section in which we list current projects and update the status. Both agency and the client must be able to (1) see the list of projects and pick the one they need, (2) post a comment and (3) update the status. Only the agency will be allowed to enter new projects. It should be possible to extend the system in the future. Complete separation between logic and design is a precondition! We will do a design later, at the moment we need the logic and nothing else.
