SMS gateway

We need a system built to send sms and email to user groups. The site will have the following processes Signup / Create Account: Contact Name Hotel Name Billing Address Town Postcode/zip Country dropdown Purchase SMS Credits: Once the hotel creates a user account they will be able to top up their account with SMS credits. The purchase credits will be a simple form with the following fields How many credits would you like <textbox> The credits will be based on the following pricing table set in admin 1-1000 credits = 9p each 1000-5000 = 8p each 5000-20000 = 7peach Hotel account functions: Add guest – enter guest name, room number, mobile number, email address, checkin date, checkout date Search guests: Setup promotional messages – send to many, send to selected or send to individual Send SMS – the hotel account can send a promotional SMS to either 1 guest or all guests – based on checkin and checkout date. Send email - the hotel account can send a promotional email to either 1 guest or all guests – this can be sent after the guest has left Super admin functions: Add Edit accounts View transactions history Credit SMS to an account the appliaction should be set up for paypal initially and then [login to view URL] once our account is ready. We will either use a sms gateway such as clickatel or if you have a solution that is better e.g. that does not pay for sms then let us know. I need this produced in 5 days.
