socket programming , client-server

Hello, friends, I have a homework for my network course , but I dont know how to do, it is so simple ,maybe 10 min I need client-server socket programming and it works as like as this: client will be connected to the server, then there would be a question , it will asks users to enter a number from the specific period that server specified. for i.e between [400-900], and our intended number is 500, if the user enter 500, server show a message as "You win", other wise, if it was bigger than 500 shows it is big, and if it was smaller than 500 shows it is small, the user have the maximum 10 times to try his chance and if he couldnt win during 10 times, shows a message that you failed and shows the intended number , and close the connection, FYI: several client should be able to connect server in a same time , and for each user , a specific number should be shown, since it is simple, my budget is 12$, I will be glad if you help me,I am student i can not afford much more since im living uk.
