Special Icon Design and script

I need a special design icon for a new pay processor this project includes design of 2 icons 1 that states insured and 1 that states uninsured they dont need to be big they can be small they just need to state the processor name and insured or uninsured this is what i need it to do. my processor offers a special service and when it is granted to a user i will give them a link to place on their account which will state if they are insured by me or not i need to be able to edit the icon from my side. for example lets say a members buys insurance and i give them the link and they put it on their site it should show as insured but if at anytime the insurance ends i go to my admin side and change it so it states uninsured also it should be designed so that no one can copy and paste the image off someones website to steal the image and place it on their site. and of coarse a admin section to control the icons. the processor name is owpay i need this rather quickly time and price will help me decide whom i choose
