WP theme migration

1) Install a new pre-bought theme to my website and work with me to complete the design for a new front page, structure and design for my subpages and blog posts. The new theme is: [login to view URL] and the old theme is a Genesis theme. It's vital that all functions stay in the website as is, and that all plugins continue to work after completed task. 2) a new "sign up" form should be made through mail poet 3 and implemented in various areas of the page. 3) make a speed test and calibrate the website to faster loading time 4) make sure "schema" works in google for all recipes 5) Attached a mock up of how the page should end up looking. when job begins, everything has to be done within 72 hours - which is maximum time the website can be offline the ads on the webpage is not a focus area for now. The Ad agency will put them on later custom made when the website migration is complete and looks great
