The price is negotiable ever though I will through ranges in the post. I am looking for someone who can build a website and database. The website is similar to a dating site or reservation sight (a site that is customizable or can handle millions of users, it does not mean I will have millions of users but the website and database need to be scaleable for multi million users). Details of what is needed will be given to the winner. The website and database To pick someone I need the following from the bidders. I will pick on the last day because I need to give you time to prepare slides ( or materials) and send it to me as soon as you can. - What programming languages you want to use for the website building - Why you select those languages ( pros and cons) - What database engine ( eg.
