I would like to hire a Programmer

There will be web site, IOS App and ANDROID APP. The platform will be (web site + IOS App + Android) that customers will choose the service provider (technician, plumber, electician etc.) in best price, quality and service 7/24 hrs. After choosing and getting service will make payment via Credit CArd and rate the service provider (speed, quality, price etc) 7/24 hrs. Customers and service providers will log in via facebook or SMS cofirmation. customer who needs urgent or normal service for PC, electic, plumber etc. (i will give the list) will make an online search and filter and choose one appripriate tecnician according to distance, price and rate he get before (quality) web site and mobile applications will be in English and Turkish, i will give Turkish equvialants. I will give the logo and name of the program. The mobile apps will be loaded to APP store and Google Play on behalf of my name. and İ will provide web site and hosting.
