WP WPG2 theme integration fine tune

My website is live and running well. It is a Wordpress vslider and gallery 2 based site. However, the vslider theme is not fine tuned for gallery and we're missing some features. Some of the requests may be very tricky and some may be duh but I'm willing to pay for the package or individual. SO this is what I need; 1. there is no true sidebar - I'd like a sidebar where we can put the options, etc currently there is a pull down list in the top menu bar - not what I want. 2. I need a google ads block adding to the gallery - perhaps in the sidebar 3. the theme settings do not appear to work, for example the 'blocks' are not working. 4. he description or text for the gallery images is not visible when in single picture mode I need these showing - possibly a theme thing? 5. the theme does not resize / scrollbar for the super size images I have loaded - probably a theme thing 6. I'd like to random the picture in the albums - supposedly this feature has bugs or unique workarounds 7. I'd like the geturl's feature to work properly for obtaining a true url to the jpg file 8. Check I'm doing all the right SEO, This work is in preparation for another more commercial site hence the attention to detail.
