Hi this is Camellia Holt taking you to my world with a little more than a Camera, Mac-book, Bicycle, and a few changes of clothes. Camellia was born in Denison, North Texas and now lives and works in Houston, TX. Her passion for art began at a young age. As a child she was surrounded by art and music, along with the beauty of the southeast landscape, inspiring her interest in fine art. Camellia is a self-taught, abstract painter. While she has been creating art in various forms throughout her life it was not until late 2000 when she started creating her arts on a full-time basis. Camellia is internally driven, and emotionally charged, her original abstract art and mixed media have been described in five words "Soul indulgence yet uplifting simultaneously." Camellia works in a wide variety of art categories. When viewing her portfolio for the first time one is under the belief that the works presented are the creations of several talented artists. The diverse collections however are the efforts of just one.
