Write some Software

I am looking to hire a programmer who can build a trading/investment programme for specialized in the Tokyo Commodities Futures Markets (mainly precious metals). Setting aside all the programming/modeling skills/experience, the programmer needs to have: A solid understanding/good practical knowledge of MACD A solid understanding/good practical knowledge of Bollinger Bands At least a basic practical knowledge of Ichi-moku Clouds Those who are like "Give me your algorithm and I will test it and build a model based on it" don't need to contact me. I need someoe who could not only write a program me but also make suggestions to improve the model/algorithm wherever he can. That said, I have already got an algorithm which I have back-tested mannually based on raw data from 2013 - 2017 and gives me good winning results of 80% but still not free from false signals and occasional big drawdowns (losses). But I can still see some potential to improve it with the help of a skillful programmer who has some good knowledge of trading indicators (and even trading experience) and can powerfully run various simulations based on a set of parameters. Ideally, I would need a programme which can tell me whether or not to trades at closing and if yes, how many lots and what the loss cutting prices etc. by punching in four prices (open, high, low, closing or near closing price).
