Arduino based programmable medicine dispenser

Our UK based company seeks a freelancer to develop prototype of programmable medicine dispenser using Arduino rather than microcontrollers. We invite you to submit project brief of not more than 5000 words along with block diagram and flowchart detailing the product and estimated cost. The best proposal will be awarded 3 months to develop prototype and could be patent of the creator. The freelancer will additionally be responsible for testing and creating relevant documentation.
