Devolope a BTC sell/buy algorithim

Hello, i need someone who is able to write an algorithm which is capable of detecting the biggest price differences on several BTC trading plattforms (for example like 652$ on Bitfinex and 657$ on BTC-E) and then buying and selling BTC at the same time to use the inefficency/price-difference of diffrent platforms and profit from it. Of course the algo should also be able to manage the bought BTC and send them to the plattforms wallet were the next selling option takes place. Thus also it needs to manage the FIAT-money on the diffrent acconts. At the beginning the speed of the algo does not has to be lightning fast in regards to possible transactions per day.
