CPA - The project involves creating a CPA (critical path analysis) from a Gantt Chart. The CPA should be the circle version and should be done on MS Word. You will need to write approximately 100 words on the critical path analysis including how many days free float etc for the activities Risk register - the risks have been provided and the action plan will also in the risk register template which will be provided, you will need to fill in the blanks mostly working out the risk score from the risk matrix given and target dates to match from the gantt chart Designer risk assessment - A blank template will be given with a few example of the activities you will need to fill in the rest of the template The project budget is £10. Payment for this project will only be released when all of the work has been completed
