Survey Coordinator in New York or Los Angeles, US

Hi, I am looking for a survey coordinator in New York or Los Angeles, who has experience in primary data collection. The research that I would like to conduct is about how people use smartphones and mobile apps. Please find the questionnaire attached (apps_questionnaire_English). You need to find FIVE respondents who (a) are 18-29 years old, (b) own a smartphone, (c) have used any mobile apps in the last 7 days, and (d) do NOT work in mobile-related businesses (apps_screening). You are required to effectively collect the questionnaire from five respondents, check all the collected questionnaires and give them reward, and then provide the data in excel format for the client.(apps_questionnaire_data_entry). The duration (the date you send the excel data back to the client) will be in around 2 weeks after you accept the job. Please let me know the following; -Payment: Please let me know your fixed rate for this project. -Recruitment: How can you find the respondents? -Reward: Please look though the questionnaire and let me know your idea on at least how much money can be rewarded to each respondent. Thanks! More detailed instructions are as below. You need to print out this instruction and check all points during the course. ----- (1) Find the right five respondents for this research (see the attached file to find the candidates: Apps_screening) and ask them to participate in the research. If any respondent does not meet ALL of the following, the client makes the collected data void. (a) 18-29 years old, (b) has his/her own smartphone, (c) has used any mobile apps in the last 7 days, and (d) does NOT work in mobile-related businesses. Notes: Every respondent is equally rewarded to say thank you when the questionnaire is completed as this research requires the respondents' strong commitment. The reward should be paid by the client separately from the project fees, but during the course of research the coordinator needs to prepare the cash and give it to the respondents. (2) When the candidate respondents agree to participate in the research, let them know your mobile number and your email address so that the respondents can contact with you, hand in the questionnaire to you and get the reward. Also, you need to have the respondents' contacts so that you can chase them. Set up the deadline for each respondent to submit the form. (3) Once you hear from the respondent that the questionnaire is completed, you need to have a meeting with a respondent to collect the form, check that all information is fully provided and give him/her reward. (4) At the meeting, you need to check the questionnaire if all answers are fully provided. Be careful with the open-ended questions, as the respondents may not provide their answers in detail. If you find any one of those questions is not properly answered, you should ask them to leave you some comments, which you can write down on the questionnaire. For example…Q: "Why do you like the Angry Birds?" A: "Exciting." This can be too short for the answer. You can ask them to explain a bit more about it if possible. (5) Also you ask each of the respondents to take a quick photo of themselves (portrait) probably using with the phone camera function. Or alternatively ask each of them to send any photo of themselves via mobile or email. This photo as well as the respondent's sign is the evidence that you truly have done this job with actual respondents. All photo data will not be used for any other purposes. (6) When all of the above are done, you should ask them to write the amount received and sign in the form, and release the money to respondents to say thank you. (7) When you collect the completed questionnaires, you need to provide all answers in excel format attached (apps_questionnaire_data_entry), and send the file back to me. …Your job is completed!! -----
