IPhone App(repost)

I need you to write an iphone application that works with similar functions (not all) like foursquare.com. The addon will be the shopping cart function link to paypal mobile payment libraries and advertising module. You may download the application and see how it works. We will have a URL XML API link for you to post the required vars via wifi/3g. In summary this application just collect the variables and send to our server. Here is some of the addon function list: When access the app first time: 1. Show Splash screen 2. Signup form Once signup is completed, it will show the lobby page. 1. Lobby page will display search funtion on top and 9 advertisment box below. Lobby page can be slide to the right up to 3 pages, total 27 advertisment box. Every time when access the lobby page the advertising box will display advertisment randomly across the whole database. 2. When click on any of the advertisment, it will go to another page showing the advertiser business profile. There will be a 'SHOP' button when click it will go to the advertiser shopping cart where viewer can purchase items and make payment via paypal iphone mobile payment libraries. As for the foursquare functions, i need the FRIENDS, PLACES AND PROFILE (bottom right icon) modules. Download the foursquare app to review for yourself.
