Looking to build a KYC like product with a CRM system and Biometric with the potential of long-term

Hello this is project with a the potential of continuing longterm. We would like to build a KYC like product with a CRM system and Biometrics. The product is actually similar to a KYC platform but it must have a CRM system, chatting function, with custom admin notifications. A Biometric security system must be connected for login and confirmation. This must be built as a Web application and on Flutter for IOS and Android. The product must be delivered fully tested in 21 days. English is a must, communication as required including zoom. Not listening and Following directions will result in project cancelation. This is not for solo developers, only teams and sorry but we will not work with Indian developers from consistent horrible past experiences.
