Project Manager - Web Development

We are on the hunt for a talented technical team lead and project manager to supervise, advise, and interact with both clients and developers across several projects. This search is open to global candidates, preferably in Latin America. As project manager, your duties include: Understand the needs of the client. This means knowing what the final product should look like, in what timeframe it should be completed, and what the cost needs to be. Create a Plan. Break down the steps needed to complete the project to take it from the client’s vision to the final result. You will create timetables, assign tasks to your team and keep track of the progress. Serve as liaison between all parties involved in the project, fielding questions and keeping everyone updated on status reports in a timely manner. Ensure results. Decide what tests should be done and how to inspect results for quality. Look out for ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs by managing resource allocation. Deliver end results to clients and follow up to guarantee client satisfaction and provide assistance with any further needs. Requirements: Good written and verbal English skills: You will be participating in standup calls, composing emails, and writing documentation. Working hours: 9am - 5pm Eastern Standard time: Must be available during business hours. No weekends or holidays (in very rare occasions we would need you to give updates on weekends or holidays) 1-2 years experience as tech lead or manager. Problem solver / go-getter Knowledge of web development technologies both front and backend Include the word lightbulb in your bid to be considered Yearly salary - 25-35k USD This is a remote position. This position will be long-term for the right person possessing both technical and soft skills.
