I already found a Jupyter Notebook who estimates an Outbreak r0 (Rt) index "on line". I would like to modify it to work instead of US counties, with one or many countries from an existing daily updated dataset (already chosen see below). Please take note the actual jupyter Notebook is working PERFECT for US counties with this dataset: "[login to view URL]" ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Expected results: I would like to have the same results but using these countries dataset instead of US counties: [login to view URL] Also I would like to have a list of the expected R0 index by day with lower and upper bounds the same as the graphic shows. I guess the notebook already had this. If I want to use the option of many countries, The place where the list of countries should be placed must be indicated, which I manually will include them in order to compare them in the same way as the current "notebook" does. ------------------------------------------------------------- ABILITIES So, the job needs abilities not only Jupyter Notebooks knowledge BUT statistics (epidemiology) to understand if final results seem to be valid.
