I want an hybrid app to be created in react native with nodejs backend, the app will allow parking places to be added from an admin backend on map, any app user will be able to see the available parking places on map and can select a location and navigate to it, any parking place will have details like title, description, cost to park, available slots, etc, the users when reach to the location will then be able park at location and the place will count them, when the leave the place it will add the slot back. It's fix budget so please don't bid if you can't do it in the given amount, all backend and app needs to be completed - thanks
