Brand name change implementation

My company is a B2B contract manufacturer ($100M+ revenue). It is a roll-up of 5 factories each operating under their own brand name. The company plans to retire the 5 factory brand names and adopt a single brand name across all the factories (which we have already selected). I am hiring immediately a brand name change implementation consultant who can advise us and support us in this project. We need the brand name change implementation consultant to do the following: 1. Lead a working group to identify the brand name change implementation work streams (e.g. signage, public / investor relations, customer notice, supplier notice, business cards / swag, etc) 2. Serve as project manager leading a cross function team to drive the implementation project across all the work streams 3. Advise on best practices in brand name change implementation I expect this to be a 3-6 month project at 8-15 hours per week depending on the week (which the Brand Name Change Implementation Consultant can control); however, I may be underestimating the extent of the project and can increase our brand implementation consultant budget as necessary if we need more hours. The Brand Name Change Implementation Consultant will work closely with our Chief Commercial Officer, our VP Corp Dev, and our Senior Marketing Manager. This is a remote position, but the Brand Name Change Implementation Consultant will have the option to work in one of our offices outside Boston, San Jose, Los Angeles, or Detroit if working in an office environment appeals to them.
